Covid-19

August 2022 - Easing of the below safety measures

As of August 2022 most of the way I work is back to the way it was pre Covid-19 pandemic. Just a few of the changes have remained.

Clinic hours - I am now in clinic two days a week (Tuesday’s and wednesday’s) and I'm offering home visits to those who prefer and who live within a 5 mile radius to London Bridge.

Masks - Masks are no longer compulsory in clinic but if you still feel happier wearing one then that is fine and I can wear one too if you feel more comfortable with that. Just let me know prior to your appointment.

Hygiene - My usual good hygiene procedures continue and I have also decided to continue to allow a gap (now reduced to 15 minutes) between each client to clean and air the room.

Consultations -The consultation or catch-up part of any appointment over 60 minutes will continue to be done on the telephone the day before treatment. Appointments need to be booked a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment to allow time too schedule consultation/catch-up in.

August 2020 to August 2022 - Temporary changes to practice

For the time being I am offering mostly home visit treatments (after an initial consultation in clinic) covering areas up to 5 miles from London Bridge. I am available for home visits on Tuesdays 10am-5pm, Wednesdays 3pm-7pm and Fridays 10am-5pm. I may also sometimes be available for home visits on Saturdays so please ask.

I have reduced my clinic hours and will now be available only at Waterloo Body Station on Wednesdays 9am-1pm. Clinic treatments are for initial treatments and for those whom it is not possible or practical to have a home visit.

During the UK Lockdowns I am unable to practice. Out of the Lockdowns I am able to practice with the below safety measures in place.

Extra safety measures:

Safety measures put in place, in-line with government guidelines, to help reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19:

  • During treatment I will be wearing a mask and I ask clients to wear a mask also.

  • I will be following my usual hygiene procedures, and on top of that in clinic I will be allowing half an hour between each client for an extra clean down and airing of the room.

  • On home visits a window should be open to allow fresh air into the room.

  • Talking during treatment will now need to be kept to a minimum and consultations and catch-ups will be done over the phone the day before treatment.

  • Appointments will need to be booked no later than 24hrs prior to treatment (preferably before) to have time to schedule in the telephone catch up/consultation and also to go through the Covid-19 symptom check questions.

  • Lastly, all treatments will now need to be kept to a maximum 60 minute duration. If there is plenty of fresh air circulation in the room on a home visit this rule may be reassessed.

I hope these extra measures reassure you, as the safety of your’s and mine during these strange times is of the most importance.
